These Terms govern your use of Build Link + (the “Platform”) operated by Build Link + Pty Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to interfere with the service, or accessing accounts that do not belong to you.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Build Link + a limited licence to host, display and process your content for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Link + is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
